What’s Included

• Side mount printer shelf (pre-assembled)
• Mounting bracket / arm
• Mounting hardware (bolts, washers, knobs)

Before You Start

• Power off the photobooth
• Remove the printer from the booth (if already installed)
• Ensure the booth is on a flat, stable surface

Step-by-Step Installation

1. Step 1: Locate the Side Mount Point

   Identify the side mounting location on the booth column where the printer shelf arm will attach. This is typically a pre-drilled or reinforced mounting area.

2. Step 2: Attach the Mounting Arm

   • Align the shelf’s mounting arm with the side mount point, the two bottom drilled holes on the left side of the booth
   • Insert the bracket tabs into the booth mount
   • Let the bracket rest against the column

3. Step 3: Attach the Printer Shelf Platform

   • Slide or place the printer shelf tabs into the pre-drilled holes on top of the arm
   • Lift the shelf slightly, while lifting place the arm under the shelf, sliding the two slots at the end of the arm under the self where the two wing nuts are secured
   • Make sure the wing nuts are loosened a bit to allow room for the arm slots to go through

4. Step 4: Place the Printer

   • Carefully lift the printer and place it onto the shelf
   • Center the printer for proper weight distribution
   Safety: Always keep a hand on the printer while positioning it to prevent tipping or sliding.

5. Step 5: Cable Management

   • Route power and data cables neatly along the arm or booth column
   • Avoid tension on cables
   • Secure loose cables using zip ties or clips if needed

Final Safety Check

• Gently apply pressure to confirm stability
• Verify all fasteners are tight
• Confirm the booth remains balanced

Tips & Best Practices

• Always remove the printer before transporting the booth
• Periodically re-check hardware tightness (especially after travel)
• Use recommended printer models only
